With less than 10 days to execute, our goal was to amplify awareness of The Self Care Lab x Square Wellness Walk through strategic storytelling, media outreach, and earned press coverage that positioned Imani Murray as a leading voice in community-driven wellness.

Our Process
1) Submit an Inquiry
Everything starts with the New Client Inquiry Form. This helps us understand your brand, where you are in your visibility journey, and what kind of support you’re looking for. Once we review your form, we’ll decide whether a Discovery Call or a Consultation is the right next step.
4) Strategy & Execution
This is where the work begins. Whether we’re building your press kit, crafting pitches, or securing media opportunities, you’ll be kept in the loop with regular check-ins, updates, and clear expectations every step of the way. PR is collaborative effort, your timely responses help amplify your results.
2) Discovery or Consultation Call
If your needs align with what Lume offers, you’ll receive an invitation to book a Discovery Call to confirm fit, timeline, and goals.
If you need strategic clarity before committing to PR, you’ll be directed to book a Consultation Call, which gives you tailored guidance you can apply immediately.
5) Results & Visibility Wins
As features, interviews, or visibility moments land, you’ll receive updates, links, media requests, and next steps. For multi-month retainers, you’ll also receive periodic reports showing progress and opportunities.
3) Proposal & Onboarding
Once we agree on the direction, you’ll receive a custom proposal. After signing the contract and submitting your first payment, we officially begin. You'll get access to onboarding materials and instructions so we’re fully aligned before outreach begins.
6) Wrap-Up
At the end of your package or retainer, you’ll receive a brief wrap-up outlining work completed, visibility wins, and suggested next steps. Many clients continue with ongoing PR once momentum builds, but there’s never pressure….only partnership.
